I am an authentic lover of life, Galactic Shaman, Lightwave Energy Master and owner of the Interstellar Chats Podcast, on a mission to expand others into their divine potential through the power of energy and consciousness. My journey into energy and frequency-based wellness began 25 years ago with a profound transformation that led me to explore the depths of consciousness and various healing modalities, including Reiki, sound healing, crystal therapy, shamanism and now, frequency technology.

Growing up, I faced challenges that many might relate to. I knew from a very young age that I was an ancient soul, I knew things, experienced sights, sounds and “light people” that weren’t explainable at the time and I always felt the urge to hide, experiencing what I now recognize as the "witch wound" - a deep-seated fear of persecution for embracing one's true gifts and wisdom. This early remembrance of past life trauma and other-worldly adventures became a catalyst for my personal growth and eventual awakening.

My path to healing and self-discovery was not always smooth. I found myself working through generational trauma, breaking free from drama loops, and engaging in intense shadow work. While simultaneously experiencing incredible higher dimensional phenomena. This process was challenging. For about 4 years at the start of my journey, it seemed I had to learn some challenging lessons three times before I would finally surrender and allow myself to expand, but it led to incredible results and a deeper understanding of myself and the world around me. 

As I developed a solid personal practice, I began to experience profound shifts in my consciousness and well-being. This awakening manifested in my physical life as a series of successful entrepreneurial ventures. I've built several thriving businesses in wellness coaching, retail and lifestyle, each step bringing me closer to my true calling.

Today, as the co-founder of Lightwave Quantum Wellness, I combine my expertise as a Shaman and Lightwave Master, Herbalist, Speaker, and Author to guide others on their wellness journeys. My approach integrates ancient wisdom with modern techniques and cutting-edge technology, bridging the gap between spiritual and physical healing.

My personal experiences have shaped my mission to help others find their spiritual and wellness sovereignty and speak their truth fearlessly as they advocate for their own individual health and wellness experiences. I understand the challenges of this journey firsthand, and I'm committed to supporting others as they navigate their own paths to authenticity and empowerment.

I've harnessed the wisdom of shamanic traditions and combined it with quantum technologies to create a unique approach to wellness. At Lightwave Quantum Wellness, we don't just address symptoms; we seek the root of imbalance at the quantum level.
